Hawaii was selected as the 2009 Intellenet conference location at the San Antonio conference in 2007. I am proud to be able to show-off our "Aloha Spirit" and the natural beauty, beaches, mountains and rainbows.

Hawaii is comprised of eight major islands and officially became the 50th state in the American Union on August 21, 1959. We are the most isolated population center on the face of the earth; 2,390 miles from California, 3,850 miles from Japan, 4,900 miles from China and 5,280 miles from the Philippines.

Oahu, known as the "Gathering Place" is the most populated of the islands, features the world-class resort city of Honolulu and several well-known beaches such as Waikiki Beach. Honolulu is the nation's 11th largest city.
